About the chambers

CLV Law Chambers, based in New Delhi, traces its origins to 1977 and to its Founding Partner, Advocate C.L. Gupta.

The team appears regularly before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts across India, and district courts. As the reach of law and the scope of jurisdictions have widened, it also appears before tribunals, competent authorities and other forums. The chambers practises across the original and appellate jurisdictions of civil, criminal, constitutional, matrimonial and administrative law, among other fields.

The chambers provides legal assistance to individuals, families, organisations and public bodies, and brings firm advocacy to the protection of their rights and interests. Matters are taken up on their merits and prepared closely, from first advice and pleadings through to final hearing. Clients are told plainly where a case stands and what it is likely to ask of them, and are kept informed of the progress of their matter.
